The password of life is energy… Success, growth, happiness… And you can recognise energy very easily. 2022 Jaipur Fair… Just the first day… We distribute our magazines, on the other hand, we say “Have a good fair” to our friends. Just at this moment, two young people greet us with a smile and invite us to their booth by saying, “Let’s have a chat”. This is how our story with Stay Star begins. Abdurrahman Yüce and Tarık Yüce… Just by looking at their surnames, you can understand that they grew up in the natural stone sector. Two young people who learnt how to fly at Yüce Marble and then dreamt of taking wings for their own future. And the point where this dream became a reality: Stay Star Marble…

Stay Star started out with an identity that selects the best blocks from quarries all around Turkey and exports them to India and China. However, perhaps because they come from a family of producers and quarrymen, they do not intend to remain as an intermediary company. This issue comes up at Stona, the first fair of 2023. He smiles and says, “Opening a quarry is a step that we have been thinking about from the beginning. We will realise this idea in 2023. We will open two quarries in Bilecik. We will produce Sofita in one of them and Crema Nouva in the other,” says Tarık Yüce…
Being in India, the Indian market naturally comes to the fore. Abdurrahman Yüce, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, underlines the development in this important stop of the block market and continues as follows “India is a market that is growing steadily, but slowly. In 2023, we think that the Indian market will grow around 10-15 per cent. India is a point where we have taken good steps as a company. After the connections we made here, we had customers coming to Turkey and the blocks were branded. We think we have made a good entry into the sector. 2023 is important for us. As a company, we have a growth target of 25-30 per cent this year. We are working hard for this.”
