One of the first companies that comes to your mind when you think of “design and Izmir fair”… Maybe the first. It brings natural stone together with technology and has managed to be one of the most important colours of Marble Izmir for years. Of course we are talking about Natur Marble. Natur, which rocked Marble 2022 with the sculpture of Hulk, the beloved hero of the world-famous Marvel comic book series, went one step further in 2023.
The Lord of the Rings, adapted from the fantasy literature series written by John Ronald Reuel Tolkien and forgotten by the world cinema, was chosen as this year’s concept. Marble sculptures of the characters of the famous series adorned Natur’s stand. In addition, a statue of Zeus, the most powerful god of Greek mythology, was placed in the outer part of the stand.
Natur Marble Board Member Özerhan Tokman said that both the concept prepared for Marble Izmir and their new stone Dolce Luna attracted great attention at the fair. Tokman said, “Marble Izmir is a fair that we have been attending for many years and we attach great importance to. It has a very important place in the world. Every year we take part in the fair with a different, newer project that we can show what can be done with marble. This year, we participated with the Lord of the Rings concept. Marble sculptures of many characters are in our stand. There is great interest in both sculptures and our products. Compared to last year, the fair was much more active” he said.
