Operating in the Turkish natural stone sector for over a quarter century, İz-Mermer processes stones from all over Turkey in the factory established in Torbalı in 2007. Having specialized on onyx, which is fragile and requires a special interest, İz-Mermer produces 12 thousand sq.m of slabs a month. Stating that they consolidate the blocks through bundling and epoxy vacuum system, Burak Yanaşmayan, one of the partners of İz-Mermer said, ‘’We’ve improved ourselves about onyx, which is hard to cut. We get the maximum productivity. Thanks to our production quality and finicalness, many onyx producer firms prefer us for slab production. We receive onyx even from Iran.’’
