Timemar, one of the representatives of the natural stone sector from Burdur, put Yun Duo la Hui, which is produced in partnership with its sister company Heyma Mining, on the showcase in India. The stone extracted in Burdur drew attention with its light shade and solid structure. Özçağ Aydın, a board member of Timemar, stated that they were satisfied with the interest they received at the new stone’s debut at the Stona Fair. Aydın said, “When the production started, we were expecting our stone to arouse interest from China, in particular. We were right. We received a lot of orders from the Indian market after Stona. However, the pandemic affected our sales just like the whole world economy. In this period, we improved our production quality with new machinery investments for our quarry. We expect Yun Duo la Hui to be one of the most popular stones of the season ahead.”
