Baran Grey, extracted from Yollarbaşı in Karaman, has quickly become one of the well-known stones in the industry, thanks to 2B Marble’s two partners, Bayram Ali Gedik and Selma Yüksek. For the duo, 2025 marks a year of setting sail toward a new goal. Once again in Karaman, this time opening a travertine quarry, the partners have already set the bar high: to repeat the success they achieved with Baran Grey in travertine. Drawing attention to the light color of their new product, light travertine, as well as its suitability for vein-cut processing, Bayram Ali Gedik says, “Just like Baran Grey, we expect travertine to gain an important place in the sector in a short time.”
